Navigating ME is a complex process, every thing you do affects you in some way, If I let fresh air in, It lets the sound in too. If I have the curtains open I have to wear sunglasses inside. If I shower I have to rest for 2-3 hours afterwards. The pathways are sooo delicate, its easy to upset the balance.
