Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. For prints, please allow additional time as many are made to order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of the item. Estimated delivery times:
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing.
Packaging
- Prints: are carefully packaged in rigid mailers or tubes for protection.
- Original Artworks: is wrapped securely with protective materials and boxed for safe transit.
- We use eco-friendly packaging where possible.
Local Pickup
If you're local to Hamilton, free pickup may be available. Just select this option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. These are not included in the shipping fee and vary by country.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@katieseeart.com so we can help make it right. We may require photos of the packaging and item for claims.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping throughout New Zealand! Local pick up is also available in Hamilton.
International shipping costs vary.
I suggest you purchase your piece to avoid missing out and then/or contact me for a shipping quote.
Return and Refund Policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
